The srcipt PHPclassifieds Realty is a Classified Ads script (automated classified ads site).
FEATURES:The real estate website allows home buyers and renters to browse avaliable houses for free. The real estate listings are detailed with real etsate features, photos, agent information and driving directions linked to MapQuest.Agents and home sellers can also list their houses for a fee. After a new real estate agent was registered, he/she is able to select and buy a package depending on how many offers they wolud like to to post and for the length of time they would like to post them. Payment can be done via PyaPal and registration is automated. The agent will receive a couple of emalis - 10 days before his account will expire, 5 days, 1 day. 24 hours after his account expiration date, all his lsitings and his account will be deleted automatically.
